Eine Top-Küchenmaschine
Die Kitchenaid benutze ich seit über 20 Jahren in unserem Café.
Habe bereits 2 Maschinen im Gebrauch. Sie werden nicht geschont. Schwere Teige bis 2kg und Massen, Baisers, Cremes...kein Problem.
Auch das relativ hohe Gewicht der Maschinen ist hilfreich, weil standfest. Es verhindert das Tanzen u. Vibrieren auf der Arbeitsfläche!!
Fazit: Wir haben jetzt noch eine Kitchenaid classic mit Fleischwolfvorsatz für den privaten Gebrauch bestellt....
