What would you like? The oval roaster from the ZWILLING Plus series is a real all-rounder. It offers plenty of space for large poultry such as goose, enough room for a leg of lamb and is suitable for braised beef, pork or game, for goulash, roulades and stews. And if you have more of an appetite for fish, complete specimens of salmon, trout, carp or cod can be cooked particularly gently on the insertable grid. With its ideal dimensions of 38 cm x 25 cm, the large casserole offers space for everything you like to cook for family and friends. When you want to serve a little less: The lid can also be used for roasting. Like the roaster, it is equipped with the innovative SIGMA Classic sandwich base. This in turn ensures that the heat from the hob - whether gas, electric, ceramic or induction - is ideally distributed and stored. This means that everything in the multi roaster cooks, braises and sizzles with a particularly strong aroma. The tight-fitting lid means that hardly any additional liquid is needed, because what is released during cooking remains in the roaster. So once everything is in, the roaster takes over. It also makes it easy for you to bring it back to a high shine afterwards. Thanks to the scratch-resistant high-gloss surface, it is extremely easy to clean and can even be put in the dishwasher.
