The Pinguino PAC EX UV-Carelight offers protection against viruses and bacteria(a) in addition to its powerful cooling performance. It has been proven that ultraviolet light (UV-C) can kill or disable microorganisms by destroying their nucleic acids and disrupting their DNA so that they are unable to perform cellular functions vital to the microorganism.(g) The Pinguino PAC EX UV-Carelight contains ultraviolet LEDs (UV-C) between the heat exchanger and the fan. They kill bacteria and viruses(h) when the air inside the device is returned to the room after it has been cooled, dehumidified or simply ventilated. It helps you protect your home and family from bacteria and viruses while effectively cooling the room. UV-C technology can be activated in any function mode, cooling, dehumidification or ventilation.
Eco-Real-Feel technology
This class A mobile air conditioner can reduce energy consumption by up to 30% thanks to Eco Real Feel4: it monitors both temperature and humidity to automatically achieve and maintain optimum climate comfort. In "Eco Real Feel" mode, the colour of the comfort light indicates the level of room comfort: orange for "comfort sought", green for "good level", blue for "perfect comfort".
