Flexibility of the cooking zones

2 FlexInduction zones: Use cookware of any shape and size within the 40 cm zone.
60 cm: space for 4 pots or pans.
Front left cooking zone: 240 mm, 190 mm, 2.2 kW (maximum power 3.7 kW)
Rear left cooking zone: 240 mm, 190 mm, 2.2 kW (maximum power 3.7 kW)

User friendliness

DirectSelect Premium: Control the power directly via the extra-large illuminated touch bar (invisible when switched off).
17 power levels: Set the heat precisely with 17 power levels (9 main levels and 8 intermediate levels).
Melting function: Keep the placed crockery warm at the preset low power.
Timer with switch-off function for each cooking zone
Switches the cooking zone off at the end of the set time (e.g. for boiled eggs).
Short time alarm clock
A signal sounds at the end of the set time (e.g. when cooking pasta).
Count-up timer
shows how much time has passed since the timer was started (e.g. when cooking potatoes).

Time saving and efficiency

PowerBoost function for all cooking zones
: With 50 % more power, for example, boil water faster than at the highest power level.
PanBoost: PowerBoost function for pans: Heat the pans faster than at the highest normal power level and protect the pan coating at the same time.
MoveMode (3-stage): increases or decreases the power simply by pulling the pot forwards or backwards.
QuickStart: When switched on, the hob automatically selects the cooking zone on which cookware was placed when it was switched off.
ReStart: If the hob is switched off unintentionally, all settings are retained if you switch it on again within 4 seconds.

Cooking support

PerfectFry frying sensor with 5 temperature levels: prevents burning thanks to the sensor's automatic temperature control.

Childproof lock: Prevents unintentional activation of the hob.
Wipe protection function: Wipe off boiled-over liquids without unintentionally changing the settings (all touch buttons are blocked for 30 seconds).
Main switch: Switch off all cooking zones at once.
Automatic safety switch-off: For safety reasons, the hob switches off automatically after a preset time without interaction (adjustable).

Hervorragendes Kochfeld mit großartigem Service

Ich bin begeistert von meinem neuen BOSCH Serie 8 Kochfeld PXX675DC1E. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und die schnelle Aufheizzeit haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die FlexInduction-Technologie ist besonders praktisch für verschieden große Töpfe und Pfannen.
