The latest generation of Gira smoke alarm devices meet the criteria of the new Q-Label quality mark. The smoke alarm devices work according to the photoelectric scattered light principle without radioactive preparations. The smoke alarm devices detect smoke development in good time and warn before the smoke concentration can become dangerous for people. The alarm is triggered by a loud, pulsing alarm tone and a flashing LED.

 

 

Please note that devices with a connection value of 230V are supplied with a protective contact plug or a permanent connection (without plug), depending on the power value. If the device has a permanent connection, a specialist company should be commissioned with the installation.

 

All devices with a connection value of 400V or more must be operated via a suitable high-voltage connection and may only be connected by an electrician.

 

Devices with a rated power of more than 12KW require the approval of your network operator. To do this, please contact the network operator or an installation company entered in the network operator's installer directory prior to installation. Such an installation company will help you to obtain the necessary approval from the respective network operator.
