A great addition to the 3-piece pasta attachment is the pasta dryer, which allows you to hang up your pasta to dry to save space. If you would like to make other types of pasta yourself, we recommend the short pasta attachment.

Material and cleaning

The 3 pasta attachments are made of stainless steel and must not be placed in the dishwasher or in water ! The pasta attachments must never come into contact with water and should only be cleaned dry. A special cleaning brush is included in the scope of delivery, which makes it easier for you to clean the attachments. Please never use a knife and do not let a tea towel run through the roller.

It is important here that the rollers must be coated with food-safe oil/mineral oil once a year or every 50 work cycles in order to continue to function properly. Please do not use any cooking oil or anything similar, as this makes the pasta roller unusable and this is not a reason for complaint on the part of the manufacturer.
