The additional drum set 5KSMEMVSC turns the KitchenAid vegetable slicer 5KSMVSA into a universal accessory for grating and grating. If you want to finely grate nuts or process potatoes into fine fibers for hash browns, you can't get around this additional drum set. In this set you get three additional drums: a very fine rasp and a coarse and a fine crown grater. This will take the variety in your dishes to a whole new level!

The fine rasp drum

• Process dry bread or rolls into breadcrumbs
• Grate hard cheese
• Grate vegetables for fine raw vegetable salads
• (depending on the region) Grate potatoes for potato pancakes, hash browns or döppekuchen
• Grate nuts, almonds, etc. finely

The coarse crown grater

Material, cleaning and maintenance

The cutting surfaces of the drums are made of stainless steel, the frames are made of solid plastic. Both are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend that you wash them by hand to preserve their sharpness. Good knives should never be put in the dishwasher. Maintenance is not necessary for any part of the additional drum set.
