Perfect illumination of all four oven levels
With NeffLight®, you can see right into the furthest corner of the oven. LED light guides and a special light guide in the oven door make it possible: The light distribution in the interior remains uniform even when baking on several levels and you have a glare-free view into the closed oven.
Sous-Vide
Those who love the quality of fresh ingredients need particularly gentle preparation. Sous-vide or vacuum cooking is a cooking method in which meat, fish or vegetables are gently cooked in a vacuum bag with the help of steam. By cooking at constantly low temperatures, sous-vide preserves the goodness in food. The low temperatures between 50° and 95° C used in the NEFF oven make overcooking almost impossible.
Eco Clean with Easy Clean: the duo that makes oven cleaning easier
Ovens with EcoClean have a catalytic coating that is extremely absorbent and absorbs all grease splashes during baking or cooking. Thanks to this special coating, grease splashes - and food residues - are decomposed during each cooking process. You no longer need chemical cleaning agents and the oven is cleaned with every use. In addition, the energy-saving NEFF EasyClean cleaning aid takes care of quick and easy cleaning of the oven in between uses.
