Induction
Induction hobs only generate heat where it is really needed - directly in the base of the pan. What's in it for you? More safety and more convenience. Large and small fingers can no longer burn themselves due to the low heat. In addition, an induction hob brings two litres of water to the boil twice as quickly as a glass ceramic hob, which saves a lot of energy.
QuickStart
The QuickStart function recognises where you have placed the pan and automatically displays the corresponding cooking zone on the control bar. You can start cooking immediately and select the desired cooking level for the pan.
PowerBoost (induction)
If you want to get simple dishes on the table even faster, PowerBoost can help: this practical function provides extra power for ultra-fast heating. It allows you to bring large quantities of water to the boil on your induction hob in no time at all - 35% faster than on the highest power setting.Sometimes you need a little extra power when cooking. The improved PowerBoost function on our induction hobs provides additional power when you need to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now bring 2 litres of water to the boil almost 50% faster than on a conventional electric hob.
