In addition to the grinding level, the amount of coffee powder can also be individually adjusted. For a more intense flavour, for example, it is advisable to use a larger quantity of coffee powder. The integrated ULKA espresso pump generates a brewing pressure of 15 bar, while the bean container holds up to 250 grams of beans and seals them airtight until extraction.
Fast heating and precise temperature control
Thanks to its thermoblock system, the Gastroback Design Espresso Barista Pro heats up particularly quickly compared to other machines and is therefore ready for immediate use. An electronic PID controller monitors and precisely controls the water temperature to ensure that coffee beverages are always prepared at the ideal temperature without extracting unwanted bitter substances from the ground coffee.
